**10/22/12**  I received a nice note from Jorge the day after I posted this photograph.  This was the first Green Highlander Jorge tied and He made some substitutions on the materials.  I listed them below along with a few of his notes.

 

Hook: TMC 202 SP 1/0 ( I cut the eye and sharpened the tip)
Tag: Silver tinsel and yellow floss (Original pattern calls for silver tinsel only)
Tail. Golden pheasant crest veiled with barred wood duck flank.
Butt: Black ostrich herl.
Body:Yellow silk floss and green seal´s fur.
Ribs.Oval silver tinsel. (you can count seven in my fly when the correct is five)
Hackle: Green rooster hackle
Wings:Two golden pheasant neck feathers back to back. Married strands of mottled turkey wings,green,yellow and orange turkey tail and golden pheasant tail.Mallard flank over all.
Topping: Golden pheasant crest.
